Town Hall Electricity - Completed as of September 1st
You currently have a generator to run the short-wave radio that allows communication with others outside of the island, but gas is difficult to come by and you pretty much can only run the radio in emergencies. However, there are the remains of a windmill and solar panel setup that was the main power source for the town hall back in the day! If the right people tinker at it, perhaps you can get steady power to town hall at all times.
